Met this lovely Somali lady at Tantika Food Store and she grinds coffee it's a unique blend of hand roasted coffee with a mix of ginger cinnamon and cardo mom. Oh my days its the best thing since sliced bread!!! Go grab yourself a bag of homegrown coffee from Kasama. Support your local coffee. I tried it and I will not be drinking any other coffee from today.
As someone who has had coffee daily for over 20 years, has bought in to several methods of preparing coffee ( espresso, drip, French press, moka pot, and AeroPress). I was really delighted to try something so different. This blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom with this particular bean and roast is absolutely delicious. While this has not replaced my daily cup of black coffee, U very much enjoy it as a special treat and have been excited to share it with friends and family.
